• Refine padding (mostly done in 1.0.11: Reduce/adjust padding. Suggested by Daniel. Might require some adjusting)

• Allow disabling milliseconds in timestamps. Suggested by Daniel
• Fancier heading options (drop-shadows, outlined text, etc.). Suggested by Dougn Redhammer.
